Civil Writ Petition No.12331 of 2018, is not on board, taken on board and heard along with the aforesaid Writ Petitions. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The order impugned in the aforesaid Writ Petitions is an order of remand passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Kolhapur Region, Kolhapur. By the said impugned order, the Joint Charity Commissioner, Kolhapur Region, Kolhapur, has remanded all the Revision Applications back to the Assistant Charity Commissioner - 2, Kolhapur Region, Kolhapur, for being considered afresh.

Considering that the order, is one of remand passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Kolhapur Region, Kolhapur, no interference is warranted in the aforesaid Petitions.

The Petitions are accordingly dismissed.

It is made clear, that the Assistant Charity Commissioner - 2, Kolhapur Region, Kolhapur, shall decide all the Revision Applications, on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, uninfluenced by the observations made by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Kolhapur Region, Kolhapur, in the impugned order. All contentions of all the parties are kept open.
