The Petitioner prays for a direction to the Respondent No. 1Minister to decide the Revision Application bearing No.93 of 2025 pending before the Minister, Government of Maharashtra under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. 3.

Learned AGP opposed the petition. It is submitted that there are several matters pending before the Minister and it is not possible for Minister to give priority hearing to the Petitioner's revision. He further submitted that nor any facts are such that priority hearing is necessary. 4.

We have gone through memo of petition and heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner.

In the circumstances, we request Respondent No.1-Minister to decide Petitioner's revision application being Revision Application No. 93 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

We make it clear that we have not gone into merits of the matter and all contentions of the Petitioner are kept open. Revision application shall be decided on its own merits. 7.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
