Learned counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh bail application before the Trial Court as directed by this Court. 3.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant, the application is allowed to be withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.

Learned counsel further submitted that earlier, the applicant had filed application before the Trial Court as directed by this Court, Iresh

906-BA-3519-2025 (CR).DOC but the said application was pending for around six months, but no order was passed on the said application. Hence, the applicant not pressed the said application and filed application before this Court. Hence the applicant has complied with order passed by this Court. 5.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant, the applicant is permitted to file fresh bail application before the Trial Court as directed by this Court. The Trial Court is requested to dispose of the said application within one month after filing of the said application on its own merits. 6.

The application is dismissed and disposed off in above terms.
