We have perused the reliefs prayed for in this Petition. The same are as under:

"a) Be issue Rule;

b) This Hon'ble Court may call for the Record & Proceedings on the ile of Respondent No. 5 & 6 & after perusal of the same, by suitable writ, order or direction, this Hon'ble Court may please to quash & set aside the impugned Orders dated 22/09/2025 passed by Respondent No. 5 the Taluka Co-Op. Election Oicer Assistant Registrar Co-operative Societies, Kankavli, Tal-Kankavli, DistSindhudurg passed in Appeals iled by the Respondent No. 8 to 17 on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem it and proper.

c) This Hon'ble Court may hold and declare that the Respondents No. 8 to 17 are permanently restrained to become a member of managing community of respondent No. 7 Society. Shubham Talle 1 of

45-WP-11612-2025.doc d) This Hon'ble Court may quash & set aside the election programme of Respondent No. 7 & may direct the respondent No. 5 & 6 to declare and hold a fresh election program of Respondent No. 7 Society by implementing the order dated 26/03/2025 passed by Ld. Co-operative court, Kolhapur in Co-Operative Case No. 556/2022.

e) Pending the bearing & inal disposal of the present Petition, this Hon'ble Court may grant stay to the implementation & execution of the election programme declared by the Respondent. No. 5 & 6 of the Respondent No. 7 Housing Society.

f) Pending the hearing & inal disposal of the present Petition, this Hon'ble Court may grant stay to the election & voting of Respondent No. 7 Society scheduled on 11/10/2025. g) Interim and ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clauses (e & f) above be granted.

h) Pass such further Order and other relief as the nature and circumstances of the case may require".

It is not possible for us to grant any of the reliefs in this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution. It is open to the Petitioner to take recourse to the appropriate remedies available in law, including by iling an Election Petition, keeping all contentions open, the Petition is disposed of.

The time spent in prosecuting this Petition being bonaide, the same be considered sympathetically, if the question of delay arises. 4.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
