The present petition can be disposed of on the same terms as the order dated 8th May, 2025 passed in Writ Petition (st.) No.15906 of 2025. Hence, the following order:

The Tehsildar is directed to reconsider the proceeding before him in light of grant consent to operate dated 16th July, 2023. 3.

While reconsidering the matter, the Tehsildar shall give an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioners, who shall appear before him on 29th October, 2025 at 11.00 a.m.

Within the period of 10 days from that day, the Tehsildar shall take a decision on the matter, keeping in mind that the grant of consent

It is pointed out that all points on merits are kept open. 6.

With the above directions the writ petition is disposed of. 7.
