The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that in the cause title of the bail application, the name of the applicant has been wrongly shown as 'Tukaram Pundalik Gaikwad' instead of 'Tukaram Kundalik Gaikwad. He seeks leave to amend the application.

In view of the amendment, in the order dated 4th January, 2016 the name of the applicant is corrected to read as Tukaram Kundalik Gaikwad. Ordered accordingly.
