The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Civil Revision Application which has stood dismissed for non­ prosecution on 17.06.2015 on account of the non­appearance of the advocate on the said day. The reasons for non­appearance of the advocate are mentioned in the Civil Application. The Learned Counsel Mr. Rahul S. Kulkarni states that he has instructions to appear for the Respondent and undertakes to file his Vakalatnama and submits to the orders of the Court. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the above Civil Revision Application is restored to file. The interim relief would accordingly stand restored. The Civil Application is disposed of. List the BGP.
