The Petitioner No. 1-School seeks direction against the Respondents to comply with Section 12 (2) of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (for short 'RTE Act') and to release the reimbursement amounts due to the Petitioner, amounting to Rs. 47,12,849/-. The Petitioner No. 1-School accordingly had made a representation dated 6th October, 2025 to the Respondent No. 2Shubham Talle 1 of

It is submitted by learned Counsel for the Petitioners-School that as a result of non reimbursement of the amount due to the Petitioner No. 1School, the Petitioners have incurred substantial financial strains and hardship in continuing to fulfil its statutory obligation under the RTE Act without receiving the mandated reimbursement. 4.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner invited our attention to order dated 19th September 2025, passed by the Principal Seat of this Court in the case of Tree House High School vs. The State of Maharashtra in Writ Petition No. 11712 of 2025. In our view, this Petition can be disposed of on the similar terms.

The Respondents are directed to scrutinize the representation made by the Petitioner No.1-School for reimbursement of the amount stipulated therein expeditiously and in any event, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. If the Petitioner No. 1-School is found entitled to the reimbursement of any amount in terms of the decision of the Respondents, the said amount be reimbursed to the Petitioner No. 1 within a period of four weeks thereof. 6.
