The applicants have filed the Revision Application challenging the judgment and order dated 10th September, 2018 passed by the Extra Joint Additional Sessions Judge, Karad in Criminal Appeal No. 16 of 2012 thereby partly allowing the appeal and confirming the judgment and order dated 30th March, 2012 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Karad, District Satara in R.C.C. No. 283 of 2008 convicting the applicants under section 326 of Indian Penal Code and are sentenced to suffer R.I. for one year and pay fine of Rs.5,000/-, in default to suffer S.I. for two months. The applicants/accused are directed to surrender before the JMFC, Court No. 4, Karad on or before 15th Vidya Suresh Amin by Vidya Suresh Amin Date:

The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that on 12th October, 2018 or on 15th October, 2018, the applicants/accused will surrender before the JMFC, Court No. 4, Karad, however, the sentence be suspended.

The learned APP submits to the order of the Court. 4.

In view of the nature of the offence and sentence granted to the applicants, the sentence is hereby suspended. The applicants/accused are directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Karad either on 12th October, 2018 or 15th October, 2018. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class to allow the Bail Application by passing formal order. 5.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
