The Respondent No.1 has signed the Consent Terms on his behalf and as POA of the respondent No.2. The Consent Terms are signed by the respective counsel. The appellant No.5 and respondent No.1 are personally present before the Court. The parties admit the correctness to the contents of the Consent Terms. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the Second Appeal may be disposed of in view of the Consent Terms. 2.

In such circumstances, the Second Appeal is disposed of in view of the Consent Terms.
