Learned A.G.P, on instructions, submits that the Tribe Claim of the petitioner which is pending before respondent No.2 - The Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee since 5th December, 2022 will be decided within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. In view of the submission made by the learned A.G.P., the petition is disposed of. The Tribal Claim of the petitioner be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.
