Registry has placed this matter in view of the communication received from the Joint Charity Commissioner, Pune seeking extension of time for disposal of Application No.22 of 2018. By order of 8 th April 2025, the Joint Charity Commissioner was directed to hear the Application within a period of eight weeks from the date of order. 2.

The explanation tendered by the Joint Charity Commissioner is that the matter is ixed for inal hearing on 2nd July 2025 and extension of one month is requested. The explanation is accepted and time to dispose of Application No. 22 of 2018 is extended by a period of two months.
