This application is filed seeking stay to the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Reference Court in L.A.R. No. 90 of 2012.

Learned advocate for the appellant submits that the appellant Corporation has already deposited the entire amount along with the interest.

In view of the same, this Court finds that the impugned judgment and order needs to be stayed. Hence the following order:

ORDER

i) Interim application stands disposed of.

ii) There shall be stay to the impugned judgment and award dated 03.05.2018 passed in L.A.R. No. 90 of 2012.
