By order dated 20/10/2022, this Court had allowed the application and extension of time was granted till 28/1/2023 for completing the arbitration proceedings.

The learned counsel for the rival parties made a joint request for further extension of time in view of the minutes of order dated 8/11/2022 of the learned Arbitrator where further extension of time is sought.

A request is made on behalf of the applicant for further extension of time, to which no objection is raised on behalf of the respondent / State.
