Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned AGP appears for respondent no.5 and seeks some time to take instructions. However, in our opinion, the present petition can be disposed of, considering the limited relief sought by directing the respondent No.5 - Education Oicer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Solapur to decide the proposal dated 27th September 2013 and the resubmitted proposal dated 4th October 2023 for grant of individual Uday S. Jagtap 1 of

928-12237-2025-CWP=.doc approval to the said appointment of the petitioner on the post of full time Librarian and to release grant in aid for payment of salary of the petitioner since date of his appointment with all consequential beneits with respondent No.7 - School w.e.f. 17th June 2013, on its own merits as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of one week from the date of communication of this order. 3.

If the individual approval to the proposal is granted, Shalarth ID be issued to the petitioner expeditiously by the Deputy Director of Education.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
