Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By an order dated 06.01.2022, the interim protection was granted to the Applicants on condition of attendance. The learned counsel for the Applicants states that the Applicants have reported to the Investigating Officer as directed in the order dated 06.01.2022.

This Court while granting interim protection has observed that prima facie the dispute appears to be of predominantly of a Sneha Chavan page 1 of 2

27 aba 3143-21.doc civil nature and in that view of the matter, the present application is disposed of by making the order dated 06.01.2022 absolute on further condition that Applicants shall report to the Investigating Officer as and when required and shall co-operate with the investigating agency.
