This is an application for condonation of 27 days delay in preferring the application for leave to file appeal against the impugned Judgment and Order dated 15.7.2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Gadhinglaj at Gadhinglaj in R.C.C. No.36/2012.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
