Mr. Mehta, learned Advocate for the Appellant tendered a copy of an e-mail dated 19th March, 2025 and states that he has instructions to withdraw the aforesaid Appeal. He further states that he has no objection if the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw the statutory deposit along with accrued interest.

3) In view thereof, leave to withdraw the Appeal is granted. Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

4) Mr. Bohade, learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 states that said Respondents have not filed cross objection/cross appeal nor they will file such proceedings in future. 5) Statutory deposit lying in this Court be transferred to the 1/2
