Prisoner in jail seeks expeditious trial of Sessions Case No.55 of 2012.

The learned APP submits that prisoner has been granted bail and released on 15th January 2019.

Interest of justice can be therefore met with by directing the Additional District and Sessions Court at Baramati to expedite the trial and to attempt to decide within six months from the date of receipt of this letter. With these directions, we dispose of petition. Order be served upon the prisoner in jail.
