The learned Advocate appearing for Petitioner fairly concedes that Regular Civil Suit No.139 of 2013 has already been decided by Civil Judge, Junior Division, Koregaon. The present Writ Petition arises out of order passed on Exhibit 5, i.e., application for grant of temporary injunction, which was allowed by trial Court. The said order was reversed in appeal by District Judge, thereby setting aside order of temporary injunction.

Since Petition arises out of interim order in a suit, which is already disposed of, nothing survives for consideration in Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
