The appeal arises out of order on an application under Section 140 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.

Learned advocate for the appellants have placed on record copy of order dated 8th July 2017 disposing of the main petition in terms of compromise arrived at between the parties. 3.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the appeal. The appeal is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous.
