This is an application filed by the Applicant herein, who has been arrested in C.R. No.260 of 2015 under sections 188, 272, 273 and 328 of the IPC and under sections 26(2)(i), 3(i)(zz)(v), 26(2)(iv), 27(3)(d) and 27(3)(e) of the Food Safety and Standards Act. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP for the RespondentState.

The records prima facie reveal that a truck carrying certain banned articles was apprehended at Anavli Bypass near Pandharpur and 52 bags worth Rs.12,48,000/ containing panmasala and 31 bags 1/3
of chewing tobacco worth Rs.3,72,000/ were seized. The Applicant is in custody since 30.9.2015. Presence of the Applicant is no more required for the purpose of investigation. Considering the above facts and also considering the nature of the allegations, the Applicant is entitled to be released on bail on the following terms and conditions :
ORDER
(i) The Applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/ with one or two sureties in the like amount ;
(ii) The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on the first Saturday of every month from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for a period of six months from the date of his release;
(iii) The Applicant shall not tamper or attempt to influence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case;
(iv) The Applicant shall inform his latest place of residence and mobile contact number immediately after being released and/or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time to the Court seized of the matter and to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station;

(v) The Applicant to cooperate with the conduct of the trial;
