Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Government of Maharashtra, Urban Development Department by order dated 27.11.2018 approved the Petitioners' proposal as well as proposal of the Sangli Miraj Kupwad Municipal Corporation thereby relaxing the condition of keeping 5% amenity space in the proposed layout plan and the said 5% amenity space to be considered as part of 14,000 Sq. Meters of the land to be handed over free of cost. 2.

Learned Counsel also placed on record the Petitioner No.1's affidavit of withdrawal dated 10.12.2018. The referred hereinabove, it is also made in the said affidavit. In that view of the matter, affidavit is Sneha Chavan 1/2
