The present application was called out in the morning sessions and as there was no appearance on behalf of the applicant, it was adjourned to 30 November 2022. 2.

In the afternoon sessions, the learned counsel for the applicant appears and submits that due to some unavoidable circumstances, he was not present before this Court in the morning sessions. It is submitted that since the applicant has been arrested, the present application has become infructuous. It is accordingly, submitted that the present application may be disposed of as infructous.
