By this petition, the petitioner seeks limited relief of directions to the respondent no.5 to decide the representation dated 9th April 2025 submitted by the petitioner seeking transfer of the petitioner from part time basis to full time basis in the aided college run by respondent no.5. 2.

Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.5 submits that within a period of 6 weeks the representation dated 9th April 2025 will be decided by the respondent no.5. He would further, on Uday S. Jagtap 1 of
