By this Application the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition imposed by this Court (Coram : N. R. Borkar, J.) by order dated 29th April, 2025.

It is the contention of learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is directed by this Court not to enter into the limits of Karad Taluka Police Station except to attend the dates before the Trial Court.

It is contention of learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant was behind bar more than 6 years. He was away from his family from 6 years. There is no progress in trial. The applicant is attending the court dates regularly. Hence, requested to allow the Application.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 5.

I have heard both the learned counsel. Perused the record. 6.

Investigation is completed. Chargesheet has been filed. There is no progress in trial. The applicant is attending the court dates regularly. Considering these facts, I pass the following order.

O R D E R

I.

The application is allowed.

II.

The condition Nos. (iii) imposed on the applicant by this Court vide order dated 29th April, 2025 is hereby relaxed.

III. Applicant shall attend the police station as and when required.

IV.

Applicant shall attend the Court dates regularly. V.
