Heard. By this appeal, the Appellant challenges the judgment and award dated 20.06.2015 passed by the MACT, Sangli in MACP NO.30/2014 holding that the Respondent - claimants are entitled to sum of Rs.19,89,700/- by way of compensation with 9% p.a. interest.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and the impugned order, following order is passed:
