Heard learned Counsel for the appellant­Insurance Company. Perused the application and findings expressed by the Tribunal. Learned Counsel for the appellant­Insurance Company submits that the entire decretal amount has already been deposited before the M.A.C.T. Solapur in M.A.C.P. No.194 of 2012. Learned Counsel for the appellant­Insurance Company requested to grant the stay.

Accordingly, there shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award passed by the M.A.C.T. Solapur in M.A.C.P. No.194 of 2012.
