On 4th January, 2023, none appeared for the petitioner. Today also when the matter is called out none appeared for the petitioner. 2.

Mrs. Deshmukh, learned APP on instructions informs that after the charge-sheet is filed against the petitioner, charge is already framed on 5th December, 2019. As the charge is already framed, it was expected of the petitioner to place on record charge-sheet and also challenge the same by amending the petition, for which the petitioner has not taken any steps.
