P.C:- The learned APP has tendered on record a report from the Police Officer, Sadar Bazar police station, Solapur. The said report is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. The report state that in furtherance of the interim protection granted in favour of the applicant, subject to the stipulation that he will co-operate with the investigation, the applicant had remained present in the office of the Investigating Officer and has rendered all his co-operation. Since it was not necessary to effect his arrest, he was not arrested and on his cooperation, the investigation is complete and charge-sheet is instituted on 25th June 2021 which is pending for consideration.
