The role attributed to the Applicant is not only of issuing threats to the victim, but also facilitating her sexually exploitation. 2.

There is strong evidence available on record to connect involvement of the Applicant in the offence. The statement of the victim girl is sufficient enough to connect prima-facie involvement of the Applicant in the offence in question.

That being so, no case for bail is made out.

The Application as such stands rejected.
