We have heard learned Counsel for the parties. 2.

The present Petition seeks direction to the Respondent No. 2-The Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur to decide the representation filed by the Petitioner.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has placed on record a copy of the order dated 1st October, 2025, passed by this Court in the case of Seema Sudhir Khot vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors in Writ 1 of

Petition No. 11328 of 2025, where in identical facts the Petitioners came to be protected till the adjudication of the representation by the Respondent No. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the facts of the present case being identical the same protection be afforded to the Petitioner.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that in accordance with the Government Resolution dated 18th June, 2024 the representation will be decided. 6.

We have perused the order passed in the case of Seema Sudhir Khot vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors (supra). In identical facts the Petition was disposed of by directing the compliance with the Government Resolution dated 18th June, 2024.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that though representation has already been filed with the CEO-Zilla Parishad, liberty may be given to file a fresh representation.

Considering that the representation filed earlier has remained undecided, the Petitioner can be granted liberty to file fresh representation. Accordingly, we pass following order: ::ORDER::

a) The Petitioner is directed to file fresh representation with 2 of

the Respondent No. 2 within a period of seven days from today.

b) The CEO of the Respondent No. 2-Zilla Parishad to decide the representation within a period of 30 days and in accordance with the Government Resolution dated 18th June, 2024.

c) Till the adjudication of the representation by the Respondent No. 2, the Petitioner should not be relieved. 9.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
