We are satisfied that the petition can be disposed of by directing respondent No.2 - The Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Solapur to decide the application (Exhibit-D) dated 23rd September, 2025 as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Needless to mention that the couple convenience policy will be taken into consideration while deciding the application. 6.
