This application is for condonation of 1 year 238 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 3.12.2010 passed by MACT, Satara in MACP No.158 of 2006.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, the following Mohite 1/2
