It is submitted that in the said order, year of special civil suit is wrongly mentioned as 2020 instead of 2022.

In view thereof, in the order dated 11.04.2022, words and figures 'Special Civil Suit No.70 of 2020' shall be substituted by the words and figures 'Special Civil Suit No.70 of 2022'.

Order dated 11.04.2022 stands corrected accordingly. 5.

Rest of the order remains as it is.
