The petition seeks direction to respondents No.3 and 4 to decide the representation dated 10th October, 2025 filed by the petitioner challenging the transfer process.

Learned A.G.P would make a reference to the order dated 1st October, 2025 passed by this Court in the case of Vidhya Ramesh Jadhav Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others in Writ Petition No.11286 of 2025 where this Court had issued the necessary directions in identical fact situation. Learned Counsel for the parties are ad idem that an identical order can be passed as the facts are similar.

In this view of the matter, the present petition is disposed of by passing the following order;

: O R D E R:

(a) The petitioner to make a fresh representation to the CEO of Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur within a period of seven working days from today. (b) The CEO, Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur to decide the representation within a period of 30 days in accordance with the Government Resolution dated 18th June, 2024.

(c) Until the representation is adjudicated by the CEO, Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur, the petitioner should not be relieved. (d) As the Government Resolution provides for an appeal, in event, an adverse order is passed by the CEO, Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur, the petitioner should be not relieved till the appeal is decided. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
