After hearing for sometime learned counsel for the applicants upon instructions seeks liberty to withdraw the application with further liberty to appear before the concerned Magistrate on or before 19th June 2018.

In view of this, the applicants stand protected till 5.00 p.m. of 19th June 2018. The learned Court while considering the application after surrender shall not be influenced by the withdrawal of this application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. Needles to say that interim relief granted under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. stands vacated.
