The grievance of the Petitioner in the present petition is that the proposal for approval of her appointment as Assistant Teacher after completion of probationary period has been outstanding and not decided by the Education Authorities. The proposal was submitted as far back as on 14/15.12.2017. There is no response by the Education Ofcer rSecondary) to the proposal. On these facts, the petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Deputy Director of Education rSecondary) to take an appropriate decision in a time bound manner.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of by directing Respondent No.2-Deputy Director of Education rSecondary) to take an appropriate decision on the proposal for approval to the Petitioner's appointment as Assistant Teacher w.e.f.15.06.2015 in accordance with law. Respondent No.2 shall dispose of the proposal dated 14/15.12.2017 in that behalf as Aarti Palkar 1 / 2

20.WP.86.2019.doc expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of six weeks from today. Respondent-State shall take further steps for disbursal of salary of the Petitioner in accordance with the order passed by Respondent No.2. 3.
