Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the statement of the Petitioner is already recorded in respect of C. R. No. 768 of 2023. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is further willing to cooperate. However, despite the Petitioner's assurance to co-operate, the Respondent is harassing the Petitioner in C. R. No. 768 of 2023. 3.

Learned APP submitted that the Investigating Oicer is only seeking co-operation from the Petitioner and nothing more. 4.

The prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the Respondent-The State of Maharashtra through Shahupuri Police Shubham Talle 1 of

69-WP-4577-2025.doc Station, Kolhapur, to refrain from harassing the Petitioner in connection with C. R. No. 768 of 2023 registered with Shahupuri Police Station. The Petitioners is not an accused.

In our opinion, this Petition is misconceived. If the Petitioner has any grievance, liberty to the Petitioner to take appropriate remedy for the relief prayed in this Petition in accordance with law. 6.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
