By this application, the Applicant is seeking relaxation of condition No.(iii) imposed by this Court (Coram: Anil Kilor, J. ) vide order dated 10th October, 2024.

By the said condition, this Court has directed the Applicant shall not to enter into the territorial jurisdiction of police station Karveer, District: Kolhapur, till conclusion of the trial. Shantanu S. Dhudum 1/2

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the Respondent - State, I pass following order:

ORDER

i. The application is allowed.

ii. The condition No.(iii) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Court: Anil S. Kilor, J.) vide order dated 10th October 2024, is hereby relaxed.

iii. The Applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

In view of the aforesaid terms, the application is allowed and disposed off.
