This Application is filed for condonation of delay of 52 days caused in filing the appeal in this Court. It is stated in the application that the Applicant could not received the certified copies of the Judgment immediately it was made available on 18th July, 2023. The Applicant sent the copy of Charge-sheet and Judgment from Kolhapur Central Prison to Legal Aid Services Committee to file present Appeal. The Applicant is not in a position to appoint a private lawyer due to financial difficulties. The process of filing the appeal through an advocate appointed by the applicant took sometime.
