Present writ petition takes exception to order dated 30th October 2014 passed by Civil Judge, Junior Division, Kurundwad below Exhibits 75 and 81 in Regular Civil Suit No.232 of 2003. 2.

Office record indicates that Regular Civil Suit No.232 of 2003 was disposed of on 4th November 2016 as parties arrived at an amicable settlement and placed on record terms of such compromise.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. The writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
