Learned A.G.P fairly submit that in view of the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Anjuman Ishaat-E-Taleem Trust Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others, Civil Appeal No.1385 of 2025 with connected appeals granting two years time to the petitioners to acquire TET qualification, salary of the petitioners has already been released. Arrears, if any, to be paid within a period of eight weeks from today.

The petitioners to file an undertaking in terms of the decision in Sumedhbodhi Dadarao Kayapak Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others in Writ Petition No.14939 of 2019 with other connected Writ Petitions. 4.
Writ Petitions stand disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
