The petitioner (original defendant) is challenging the concurrent judgment and orders passed by the Courts below granting temporary injunction against the petitioner restraining her from disturbing plaintiff's possession over the suit property and not to evict plaintiff forcibly.

On perusal of the record, it appears that the order of injunction is in respondent's favour since 30th May 2020. Hence, at this stage, no interference is called for. 3.

However, the Trial Court shall decide the suit on its own merits uninfluenced by the observations made in the impugned order.

Hence, all contentions raised by the petitioner on merits can be raised at the time of final hearing of the suit. The writ petition stands disposed of.
