By this application, the Applicant is seeking relaxation of condition.

It is contention of learned counsel for the Applicant that the sentence of the Applicant is suspended by this Court (Coram: R. N. Laddha, J. ) vide order dated 13th March, 2025. While suspending the sentence, this Court has imposed Condition No.(iii) that the Applicant shall not enter in village Satave, Tal. Panhala, District: Kolhapur, till disposal of the appeal. The Applicant family stays at village Satave, hence, requested to allow the application.

Learned APP strongly objected for relaxation of the conditions, and requested to reject the application. 4.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the Applicant, and reasons mentioned in the application, I pass following order:

ORDER

i. The Application is allowed.

ii. The Condition No.(iii) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram: R. N. Laddha, J) vide order dated 13th March, 2025, is hereby relaxed.

In view of the aforesaid terms, the application is allowed and disposed off.
