By this Petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR, registered vide C.R. No. 351 of 2021 with the Tembhurni Police Station, Solapur, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 188, 143, 269, 270 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 51 (b) of the Disaster Management Act.

907-WP-6787-2021.odt recommended withdrawal of the case i.e. the prosecution initiated against the petitioner.

Learned APP today submits, that the prosecution had filed an application, pursuant to the said recommendation, under Section 321 of Cr.P.C. before the learned JMFC, Madha, seeking withdrawal of the prosecution, which in turn, was placed before the National Lok-Adalat, Madha. She submits that pursuant thereto the National Lok-Adalat, Madha; vide order dated 11th February, 2023, allowed the said Application of the prosecution, seeking withdrawal of the prosecution against the petitioner. Learned APP has tendered a copy of the said order dated 11th February, 2023. The same is taken on record.

In view of the said order, nothing survives for consideration in the said Petition. Petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order. PRITHVIRAJ K. CHAVAN, J.
