This Contempt Petition is iled alleging breach of the order dated 17th February, 2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.15934 of 2024.

Learned A.G.P had made a statement that proposal would be decided by respondent No.1 - Director of Education within a period of forty ive days from 17th February, 2025. Learned A.G.P assures this Court that the concern expressed by this Court as regards the consequences of breach of the order passed by this Court will be brought to the notice of the Director of Education who was to comply with order dated 17th February, 2025. Learned A.G.P, therefore, submitted that if four weeks time is granted, he will instruct the Director of Education to decide the proposal as directed vide order dated 17th February, 2025. 4.

We ind request of the learned A.G.P reasonable. Even the petitioners are interested in proposal being decided. Hence, time granted by this Court vide order dated 17th February, 2025 to decide the proposal is extended by further period of four weeks from today. This order be forthwith communicated by the learned A.G.P to respondent No.1 - Director of Education herein. 5.

Apart from this, learned Counsel for the petitioners assures that copy of this order will be placed on record of respondent No.1 on or before Friday, the 21st November, 2025.

The Contempt Petition is disposed of. Liberty to apply if the order is not complied with.
