This Court, by order dated 19 December 2024, recorded statement of the General Manager of Cooperative Credit Society that 15% of the auction money will be paid immediately and balance amount of Rs.10,83,000/- shall be credited in the savings

Learned advocate for the petitioner states that in furtherance of such assurance, the amount mentioned has been paid. Hence, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of. No costs. 3.

The civil application does not survive. The same stands disposed of.
