P.C.:- 1) In pursuance of Order dated 7th September, 2022, learned APP on instructions submitted that, the contentions raised by the learned Advocate appearing for the Appellants and recorded in the said Order are correct and the custodial interrogation of the Appellants at this stage is not necessary. He on instructions further submitted that, as a matter of fact, the trial Court has already framed charge against the Appellants and the trial has commenced.

2) In view thereof and after perusing the record, we are of the view that, the custodial interrogation of Appellants at this stage is not necessary. The interim relief granted by Order dated 29th November, 2019 is hereby confirmed.
