Heard learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner. By this petition, the Petitioner is seeking transfer of investigation of C.R.No. 32 of 2012 registered with Chandgad Police Station to the State C.I.D.

2.

Earlier, the Petitioner had filed a writ petition in this Court, being Writ Petition No.3682 of 2012 for similar reliefs which came to be disposed of on 30th October 2912. This Court refused to accede to the request of the Petitioner, however, directed the concerned authority to dispose of representation made by the Petitioner in accordance with law within a time bound manner. The Petitioner's representation was thereafter considered by the concerned authority. Charge-sheet is filed against the accused persons. So far as present petitioner is concerned, he is shown as absconding accused. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition and same is accordingly dismissed. [SMT.
